The National E-Governance Services Limited (NeSL) on July 07, 2026, issued circular on the SHCIL e-Stamping System Downtime.
The SHCIL e-Stamping service will be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance from July 7, 2026, 8:30 PM to July 8, 2026, 1:00 AM. Users are advised to plan their DDE transactions accordingly during this downtime.
However, DDE services for GRAS states—Bihar, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Telangana, and West Bengal—will remain operational without interruption.
Users are also encouraged to share feedback or suggestions for service improvement via email to the support team.
